THE OPPORTUNITY: As a dynamic and innovative company, we are looking for people with the same qualities and beliefs. The role is for an enthusiastic and charismatic person with the desire to learn about the real estate industry. By becoming our intern, you will work closely with the directors and senior team who will help you, opening doors to endless business opportunities in the Kent real estate market. You will be able to add this internship to your CV and get a personal reference and recommendation from the director. RESPONSIBILITY • Marketing the brand in new and innovative ways to help build the business • Attending networking events to help build new and existing relationships • Social Media Marketing • Canvassing • Answering telephone calls • Research into the local area and developments • Arranging for maintenance to be carried out • Working with solicitors, builders, cleaners and suppliers Support of our team in day-to-day business operations BENEFITS: This is an unpaid position, but you will receive the following benefits for working with us:- • Training by industry experts • All equipment provided including industry leading software • Ongoing support and development within the field with training and education to industry standards • Remote working days available • Invites to exclusive networking events • Minimum 3 month internship with the opportunity to stay on in a paid position ABOUT YOU: We are looking for someone who is dedicated, organised and can use their own initiative. You will need to be outgoing and have a great telephone manner, as you will often be responsible for being the first point of contact for some of our clients. You will need to be a quick learner and very pro-active. The Dockside team is a very outgoing and bubbly team and want someone who has a very positive outlook and is a go getter. WHATS NEXT? Qualifications: • This is a minimum 3 month internship with the opportunity to stay on in a paid position • Fluent English speaker, with great writing skills • You need to be an effective communicator • Exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and reliable punctuality • Computer literate (a bit of a techie) • Customers are our focus and passion - they need to be yours too
