Position: Head of Content Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive, based on experience We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Content to join our dynamic team in London. As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our content strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging and relevant content across all our platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives - Lead and manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and designers - Set and maintain high standards for content quality, consistency, and tone of voice - Conduct regular research and analysis to identify content trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with various departments to ensure content is aligned with marketing, branding, and product strategies - Manage the content budget and allocate resources effectively - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and distribution - Monitor and report on content performance, using data and analytics to make informed decisions - Develop and maintain relationships with external content partners and influencers - Ensure all content is SEO optimized and adheres to copyright and privacy laws - Act as a brand ambassador and maintain the company's reputation through high-quality content Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital or media company - Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies - Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy - Strong leadership and people management skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficient in content management systems and SEO best practices - Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for creating engaging and innovative content - A creative and strategic thinker with a strong business acumen If you are a driven and experienced content professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
