Job Description: As we expand globally with an increased product range we are investing heavily in improving our products, customer journeys, technology and marketing. As part of this growth, we are looking for an amibitious Graduate Full Stack Developer who has the ability to think commercially and has the technical skills to help us improve our customer and user experience. You will work on real projects that directly impact customer experience, bookings, conversion and business growth. We provide hands-on exposure across development, UX, design implementation and digital optimisation while working closely with leadership and commercial teams. Responsibilities: • Building and improving front-end pages and components • Translating high-fidelity designs into responsive web pages • Supporting the development of new platform features and digital tools • Improving website usability and customer experience • Optimising pages for performance and SEO • Testing and refining designs across desktop and mobile • Supporting ongoing website improvements and troubleshooting • Contributing ideas to improve digital products and workflows • 60% back end:40% front end About you We are looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and solving problems - someone curious, proactive and eager to grow quickly. • enjoys building and improving digital experiences • pays attention to detail • takes pride in clean, responsive design • is proactive and willing to learn • enjoys solving problems independently • wants exposure to real commercial projects • is interested in both technology and user experience • Responsive and adaptive designer Skills required: • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript • Practical experience with Tailwind CSS • Understanding of UX/UI principles • Understanding of SEO fundamentals • Portfolio of projects or work examples • Experience with CSS pre-processors • Working knowledge of Laravel • Understanding of APIs and integrations • Familiarity with Git/version control • Basic understanding of performance optimisation What we offer: • Real responsibility from day one • Exposure across multiple areas of the business • Direct mentorship from experienced business leaders • Opportunity to grow with an expanding company
