Description: This ecommerce assistant role is an exciting new opportunity in a fast growing electrical online business with offices based in Daventry. This role will be a great position for a recent graduate or someone who has a few years workplace experience in an administration position. The role benefits from flexible working, with a requirement of 3 days a week in the office. Salary £18k-£22K DOE. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the world of ecommerce and web, be self-motivated, and feel inspired to grow with the business. There is much potential to learn and progress within the company for an entrepreneurial minded person. General responsibilities include: - Answering customer calls - Answering web enquires - Processing orders and customer emails - Daily admin tasks as required for the business Company phone and laptop will be provided.
