Position: Appointment Setter - High Commission Salary: Commission-based We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our Managing Director. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential. We would expect our 'setters' to earn over £60k, even as interns. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads - Cold call and email potential clients to introduce our products/services and schedule appointments - Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential clients - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients - Keep accurate records of all appointments and activities - Continuously improve appointment-setting strategies and techniques to increase efficiency and productivity Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently - Self-motivated and target-driven - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must be fluent in British English We offer an unrivalled commission structure and the opportunity to be trained by our Managing Director who has more than 20 years of experience, he will mentor you throughout.
