Work from Home This is a great opportunity for an individual from a sales background to join an exciting Company in a period of growth. We are looking for a self-starter to build out the sales function and help drive the Company towards our next stage. The role will offer plenty of career progression, and potential to move into a management role as the sales team grows. Role details: We are looking for a sales professional to join our team based in London. You will be identifying and qualifying leads from multiple channels, making warm calls to leads and potential new customers, and managing an email sales and marketing strategy. We are looking for a motivated individual, willing to work towards ambitious sales targets, and be able to inject their own personality into the initial client relationship. The role will work closely with the one of the Directors and the support team. The role will also help develop and post content and marketing material as per of the wider marketing strategy. The Role We are looking for someone working from home part time. • Identification of potential new client leads from a range of sales channels. • Developing a LinkedIn outreach strategy using sales navigator to bring in a steady flow of warm leads Following up with potential leads, sending out fee quotes, and working with potential new clients along the full journey to new client sign up. • Management of the Accountancy Seekers Limited CRM system and all lead/ new client data and information. • Working towards ambitious daily and weekly sales targets across all sales channels. Manage email marketing strategies to potential leads and current client base. • Help with content marketing strategy including blog posts, social media content management and website updates. • Working closely with the onboarding team on new client onboarding. Ad hoc support to the directors on other sales and marketing tasks. Key Experience • Experience working in a sales environment. We are looking for a focused, confident individual who comes across very well over email and phone communications. Individual needs to be able to project the Accountancy Seekers Limited tone. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual, ready to work towards hitting daily and weekly sales targets. Team player ready to work in a growing start-up environment. Candidate needs to be organised with experience juggling multiple clients/ projects without dropping the ball. Experience using Microsoft outlook, teams, word and excel. • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Accounting knowledge or some tax knowledge would be a bonus but not required. Experience using CRM systems Benefits/Reward • No Basic salary, Commission paid per new client sign up, huge potential market for a motivated individual.
