PR & Marketing Team Intern – H R Drinks (Wholesale) Limited Location: London & surrounding areas (hybrid) Position: Internship (3–6 months, with potential to extend) Compensation: Paid internship (rate confirmed at offer) About Us - H R Drinks (Wholesale) Limited is a dynamic, fast-growing company in the drinks industry. We operate: - Inn Supplies – delivered on-trade wholesale to bars, restaurants, pubs, hotels and events across London/M25. - Craft Rum Club – a nationwide subscription-based rum club. - Own Spirits Brands – Doctor Funks Tikki Spiced Rum and Rockstar Spirits. This internship spans all parts of the business—great exposure for anyone looking to build a career in drinks, PR, and marketing. The Opportunity Work with our PR & Marketing team to grow brand awareness, support launches, and drive trade & consumer engagement across social, PR, events, and digital. What You’ll Do - Assist with content creation (short-form video, photography, copy) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and email. - Help plan and execute PR: press lists, outreach, sample sends, tracking coverage, drafting releases. - Support brand activations & events (trade shows, samplings, pop-ups)—prep POS, kits, guest lists, on-the-day support. - Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, and report on KPIs. - Keep assets & POS organised (drive folders, product sheets, sell-ins). - Update web & CRM content; assist with email campaigns and basic landing pages. - Coordinate with Sales & Logistics to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. What You’ll Bring - Studying or recent grad in Marketing/PR/Comms (or relevant experience). - Strong writing skills and a good visual eye; confident with short-form video. - Familiarity with Canva/Adobe, social platforms, and basic analytics. - Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines. - A genuine passion for drinks & hospitality. - UK driving licence is a plus, not essential. Details - Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexitime; occasional evening/weekend event support. - Start: ASAP - Duration: 3–6 months (potential to extend/convert, performance dependent) - Work Location: Hybrid; field/event work as required.
