Location: London and Remote Salary: UNPAID Hackett & Hackett International Group Limited, Trading As Hackett & Hackett, is a renowned Lifestyle Management & Production company, which has been active for many years. We are seeking a skilled Intern to join our Household Staff & Recruitment Division. This internship is an amazing opportunity to get professional experience. In addition, it is an occasion to learn how to collaborate with experienced employees and work on real projects. The main Key Responsibilities for this role are: • Assist with candidate sourcing for household and domestic staff roles, including housekeepers, nannies, chauffeurs, chefs, estate managers, and personal assistants • Support CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling • Maintain recruitment databases, applicant records, and placement documentation • Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms • Conduct market research on salary benchmarks, recruitment trends, and competitor activity The main Requirements are: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related discipline • Strong administrative and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to confidentiality • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines On the other side, we can offer: • Practical experience in specialist recruitment and talent acquisition • Exposure to international private household staffing and client management • Training in recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and placement operations • Mentorship from experienced recruitment and service professionals
