Job Specification
Looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to assist in administrative work and day to day HR activities. The intern is expected to have a reasonable knowledge of labor laws and latest company policies to ensure smooth compliance. Responsibilities 1. Updating and maintaining employee records regularly. 2. Screening resumes and shortlisting potential candidates for further rounds of the selection process. 3. Scheduling and conducting interviews of the selected candidates. 4. Mentoring and assisting employees in their personal and professional issues. 5. Posting job advertisements on various job platforms. 6. Organizing company events and coordinating with other departments. 7. Ensuring close coordination between various departments to avoid duplication and misinterpretation. Requirements 1. Graduate/pursuing bachelor's degree in Human Resources, management, consulting, commerce or other related fields. 2. Basic understanding of labor laws and corporate legislation. 3. Ability to work with HRIS software will be advantageous. 4. Strong desire to solve problems by working in teams. 5. Good communication skills (both oral and written)
