GS is a not for profit organization that is an inspiring network that advances social mobility by empowering all people of diversity to achieve their career aspirations. - PURPOSE OF JOB: Secure and continuously improve HR processes, focusing on managing job posting and then finding, shortlisting and selecting the right stakeholders when it comes to Mentors, Students, Volunteers, Ambassadors, GS co-workers. He or she will also focus on on-boarding/off-boarding processes. Internally, he or she will support other functions organizing events and connecting to business partners.This position will be an internship / placement that will last 6 months. - Reporting to: Founder & CEO - Start date: ASAP MAIN ASSIGNMENT: - Manage applications and job postings together with IT manager. - Setting up and improving current recruitment procedures. - Setting up interview dates with candidates and selection process. - Setting up and improving volunteer and employee induction procedure. - Looking at improving training and development procedures. - Setting up monthly/quarterly review meetings within GS. - Manage all on-boarding/off-boarding processes securing hand-overs. - Manage mentoring programmes. - Create GS ambassador network and follow up performances. COMPETENCES NEEDED: - Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Efficiency at MS Office. - Self-motivation and the ability to work well within teams. - Very good level of communication. - Ability to translate business needs into HR solutions. - Good understanding of team dynamics and relationship skills.
