The idea is to provide them with all the services they need in one place delivered by a strong network of experts who cares about their performance and growth. Our team need a new recruitment intern to recruit the best experts. As a recruitment intern, you will learn and contribute to: • Defining and implementing a successful recruitment strategy; • Drafting job descriptions; • Sourcing and managing job boards; • Shortlisting experts; • Reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates; • Ensuring a fair recruitment process by preparing strong evaluation forms; • Interviewing candidates; • Testing and reviewing candidates’ references; • Onboarding new experts; • Communicating with experts on a regular basis; • Contacting experts to introduce new projects. All applicants must: - Be able to work remotely; - Have great speaking and writing skills in English; - Be based in the UK and undertake a course in marketing with a UK-registered higher university requiring to do an internship for less than one year as part of a UK-based further or higher education course; - Have a good understanding of SMEs’ challenges and a strong interest in entrepreneurship; - Be tech-savvy; - Have great communication skills and be a great team player; - Be a great thinker with strong autonomy; - Be proactive and enthusiastic. - Unpaid remote internship If you are interested in joining the operviser’s adventure, please send your CV and your availability & any adjustment required for an interview.
