Position: Part-time Administrator for Language School Location: Hybrid Salary: Unpaid Hours: max 15hrs We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Part-time Administrator to join our language school. The ideal candidate will have studied or will be studying Business admin or a Business related course. You must have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for education and languages. Gain amazing experience working within a great team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the language school, including managing schedules, answering emails, and maintaining records. - Assist with student enrollment and registration processes, including collecting fees and maintaining accurate student records. - Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and events. - Assist with the preparation and distribution of course materials. - Handle inquiries from students and provide excellent customer service. - Assist with organising and coordinating events and activities. - Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Requirements: - Studying Business admin, Business, Marketing or equivalent; working towards University degree preferred. - Fast learner - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organisational and time-management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
