We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of home staging and interior design. This is an opportunity to work on real projects, explore some beautiful London homes and contribute your own artistic flair to the spaces we create.
Role Overview:
As a Home Staging & Interior Design Intern, you will work alongside our team to help transform properties into stylish, market-ready homes. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, creativity and working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be involved in the practical side of interior styling, from preparing for staging projects and selecting accessories to helping arrange furniture and putting the finishing touches to beautifully designed spaces. You will have the opportunity to develop your creative eye, learn about the home staging industry and see first-hand how design can transform a property.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to get stuck in and the confidence to take initiative. This is a hands-on role where being proactive is essential. We want someone who looks for ways to help, spots what needs doing and gets involved without needing constant direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the design, styling and preparation of rooms for home staging projects.
Help select furniture, accessories, artwork and soft furnishings to create cohesive and appealing interiors.
Contribute your own creative ideas and artistic flair to different design concepts.
Assist with setting up and dressing properties, ensuring every room looks polished and inviting.
Help prepare, organise and transport styling items and accessories between projects.
Support the team with furniture placement, room layouts and the finishing touches that bring a space together.
Visit a variety of properties across London and gain exposure to different homes, styles and design challenges.
Help maintain an organised and efficient workflow, anticipating what needs to be done and taking initiative throughout the day.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.

Someone who is proactive, resourceful and able to use their initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
The ability to adapt quickly and stay organised in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations across London, as each working day may involve a different property or project.
A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to help with the physical aspects of staging, including moving and arranging items where appropriate.
A keen eye for detail and a desire to learn, develop and contribute ideas.
You do not need to have extensive industry experience. We are most interested in your enthusiasm, creativity, attitude and willingness to learn. Whether you are studying interior design or simply have a passion for interiors, we would love to hear from you.

This is currently an unpaid internship, with travel expenses covered. We encourage applicants to consider whether the arrangement is suitable for them before applying. The internship will provide practical experience and exposure to the home staging and interior design industry.
