Job position: Human Resources (Intern) Location: Virtual Internship Rocket Internet is becoming the world's largest internet incubator. The Job: At Rocket Internet you will be challenged to think creatively in a fast-paced team environment. You will be challenged to take ownership in an HR internship role unlike any other, where you will direct and implement hiring strategies in the real world. As a Human Resources Intern you will have a critical role in laying the foundations of each new venture, starting with selecting the team. Your responsibilities: ● Spot, analyse and address real-world, business challenges ● Work closely with Entrepreneurs to pinpoint vacancies within the group ● Plan and conduct interviews with candidates across the globe ● Invest yourself to rapidly develop leadership and project management skills ● Optimize internal processes to more effectively and efficiently run day-to-day operations Candidate Requirements: ● Demonstrate ability to anticipate and solve complex problems both individually and in a team environment ● Outstanding formal written skills ● Outstanding academic performance (minimum GPA: 3.5) ● Proficiency in Excel ● Available for 3 - 12 months How to apply: ● All you need is a Full CV
