Digital Natives is a social-first creative agency based in East London. Our rapidly growing tribe work together to create best-in-class social campaigns for global brands, covering FMCG, fashion and beauty. We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to support the wider Account Management team on an initial 3 month basis (with potential to extend). If you're looking to break into the creative industry and love all things social media, this role will help you gain experience with an expert, client-facing team. Reporting into an Account Manager you'll get the opportunity to support each of the team's accounts, helping to ensure the smooth production of projects – from briefing designers and copywriters to understanding budgets or timelines. You will also get the opportunity to help co-ordinate the resources needed for projects and learn how to develop relationships with clients. Digital Natives is a rapidly growing agency and we are looking for people who are keen on taking on responsibility from day one. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Taking a keen interest in clients’ marketing and digital strategies - Helping senior team members to provide the utmost level of client service - Liaising with wider agency team on a day-to-day basis - Helping senior team members to promote the expansion of business with existing clients - Interrogating and developing client briefs - Helping to book internal resource - Helping keep projects on time and on budget, and to a high standard - Providing weekly financial updates to the team - Adhering to internal processes and workflows to ensure best practice within the teams - Keeping on top of platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat etc to keep abreast of latest updates - Working with social media team to review content calendars JOB REQUIREMENTS: - A keen interest in marketing, social, digital and technology - Excellent written and oral communication skills - The ability to plan and organise - A persuasive and confident approach to projects - Strong organisational skills - Extremely proactive attitude - Ability to multi-task and manage projects simultaneously - Effective team player - A keen attention to detail - Understanding of digital and social platforms
