Location: London, UK About Us: Odicci is a gamification platform used by some of the world’s leading brands to power immersive, engaging experiences that capture attention and drive customer action. From interactive quizzes to tap-to-win games, our no-code builder allows brands to create dynamic, data-driven campaigns that stand out. Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our London team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visual assets that bring our gamified experiences to life — from layout concepts to custom illustrations and UI elements. Your work will directly shape the look and feel of the interactive campaigns we create with our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually compelling layouts and assets for branded gamification experiences (e.g. quizzes, games, competitions) - Translate briefs and storyboards into polished visual designs using our no-code platform - Create illustrations, icons, buttons, and other UI elements that enhance engagement - Collaborate with the client success and product teams to ensure design consistency across campaigns - Maintain a library of reusable design templates and components - Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives What We Are Looking For: - A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and brand sensitivity - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma - A passion for interactive content, games, or digital experiences - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for layout, typography, and colour - Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): - Experience designing for gamified content or interactive media - Animation/motion design experience - Understanding of UX/UI principles What We Offer: - A chance to design for some of the most innovative brands in retail and loyalty - A collaborative and creative environment - Flexible work structure (hybrid available) - Competitive internship package with end-of-placement bonus
