This role will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing our ecommerce platform, and creating engaging content for our social media channels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales - Manage and maintain our ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions - Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and promotions - Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for growth - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, ecommerce, and social media - Manage relationships with external partners, such as influencers and agencies, to support marketing initiatives - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Assist with the planning and execution of events and promotions - Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns - Provide support to the sales team by creating sales collateral and presentations - Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, or social media - Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and social media channels - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Experience with Google Analytics and social media management tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Passion for marketing, ecommerce, and social media - Knowledge of British English and excellent grammar and spelling skills If you are a self-starter with a passion for marketing, ecommerce, and social media, we want to hear from you!
