Job Overview: As a Finance & Growth Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and growth functions of our company. You will work closely with the finance and growth teams to assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks - Support the development of financial models to evaluate business performance and inform decision-making - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting - Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders - Contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies and initiatives - Support the team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills - Previous experience in a finance or growth-related role is a plus Benefits: - Hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup - Exposure to a dynamic and innovative work environment - Opportunity to work with a highly motivated and talented team - Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internship If you are a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for finance and growth, we would love to hear from you.
