Description: Buff Body Fitness - Social Media Marketing Opportunity An activewear brand, created by a woman, for women. We bring you a great collection of active wear at great prices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Buff Body Fitness social media strategy, working across key social media channels including Instagram & Facebook. This role offers ‌the‌ ‌opportunity‌ ‌to‌ ‌cultivate‌ ‌hands-on‌ ‌entrepreneurial‌ ‌experience and the total immersion into a digital travel and leisure business. The successful candidate will work closely with key members of staff, external social media consultants, clients and candidates. They will learn about social media, digital communications and marketing in a business to business environment. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among clients and candidates. Social Media Community Management Increase the number of followers we have on our platforms by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates. Ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for graphics, post and other elements within the communities. Monitoring and replying to post (initially under supervision from a Director) Post on a daily basis (both job- and industry-related) using tools like Later to plan forward-looking postings (under supervision from a Director) Liaising with staff internally to ensure that their company profiles are accurate and up-to date. Coordinating and Distributing Content Assisting with the scheduling and participating in a monthly brainstorming meeting with the directors and internal social media team to establish content ideas for the month ahead. Help coordinate a influencer programme, one guest influencer per month. Help to amplify this content through other social media channels. Understanding and monitoring social media analytics Track key social media analytics on a monthly basis, including Google Analytics, Instagram insight, etc. Track and report website statistics using Google Analytics. Look at how well specific content performs on Instagram and Tick-Tok and look at the flow of traffic through to our Web site. Use the company’s Later account & mailing list to create lists of followers and to schedule pushed out monthly emails. Work with the directors to build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance against our ‘baseline targets.’
