Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to join our team as an API Web Developer with AI experience. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to build and enhance APIs, integrate AI components, and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge web applications This position offers an excellent learning experience and hands-on exposure to the intersection of web development and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities: 1. API Development: Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain robust APIs that facilitate seamless data exchange between different components of our web applications. 2. AI Integration: Assist in integrating AI and machine learning functionalities into our web applications, enabling features like natural language processing, sentiment analysis, recommendation systems, or computer vision. 3. Front-end Development: Contribute to the front-end development of web applications, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and smooth user experiences while leveraging your AI knowledge to enhance functionality. 4. Testing and Bug Fixing: Conduct thorough testing of APIs and web application components to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems. 5. Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for the APIs, AI components, and web application features, ensuring the easy onboarding of future developers and users. 6. Stay Up-to-date with AI Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in AI technologies and apply relevant knowledge to enhance the functionality and performance of our applications. 7. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, data scientists, and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Qualifications: 1. Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge or coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing is a significant advantage. 2. Web Development Skills: Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). 3. API Development: Basic understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with server-side development using frameworks like Express.js, Flask, Django, or similar. 4. AI and ML Knowledge: Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and various AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). 5. Database and Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and experience working with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or similar. 6. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges and find efficient solutions. 7. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 8. Passion for Learning: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, AI advancements, and exploring innovative solutions.
