Job Title: Social Media Assistant Location: London Salary: Competitive Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and increasing our online presence. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement • Monitor and respond to customer comments and queries on social media platforms • Create and curate content for social media accounts • Analyse and report on social media performance • Monitor trends in social media and suggest new ideas • Collaborate with other departments to ensure social media content is aligned with company objectives • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices Requirements: • Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organisational and time management skills • Creative and analytical thinker • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and techniques • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
