Position: Advertising Assistant Location: London, UK Salary: expenses for now, with view to employment We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Advertising Assistant to join our growing team in London. As an Advertising Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advertising efforts and helping us reach our target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, digital, and social media - Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience and consumer trends - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective advertising materials - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of advertising materials - Monitor and track advertising performance and provide regular reports to the advertising manager - Assist in managing advertising budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions - Support the planning and execution of events and promotions to increase brand awareness - Maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate advertising rates and placements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve advertising strategies - Provide administrative support to the advertising team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in advertising or marketing - Strong understanding of advertising principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with advertising software is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn If you are passionate about advertising and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
