We are proud to be located in a dynamic co-working space filled with fellow creatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and inspiration. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a proactive and articulate Public Relations (PR) & Communications Intern to join our team. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in public relations and communications. The intern will be required to come to the office once per week and will benefit from free membership to all our webinars and panels, providing an excellent opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow their professional network. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing and executing PR strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Dezignovate. - Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials. - Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers. - Monitor media coverage and compile regular reports on PR activities and results. - Support the organization of press events, including webinars and panels with industry leaders. - Assist in managing internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity. - Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, and social media to support PR campaigns. - Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform PR strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall marketing objectives. **Requirements:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with media relations and social media platforms. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passionate about PR and communications and eager to learn. **Benefits:** - Hands-on experience in a real-world PR and communications environment. - Free membership to attend all webinars and panels hosted by Dezignovate. - Opportunity to work in a creative co-working space and network with other designers and industry professionals. - Mentorship and guidance from experienced PR professionals and industry leaders. - Potential for future opportunities within Dezignovate based on performance. **How to Apply:** If you are enthusiastic about PR and communications and eager to gain valuable experience, we would love to hear from you!
