An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Assistant to join a growing production team within an agency in heart of the West End!

The Role
As a production assistant you will support the day-to-day delivery of projects and campaigns, from concept through to all stages of delivery. Projects you work across will range from small scale quick turn-around social campaigns to large international localised campaigns across the full channel mix: social, VOD, DOOH, TV and many in between.
Reporting into:
Senior Producer.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Providing office and on-site support to the Content Production team.
The duties of this role will change as projects do, but specific examples of work include:
- • Purchase order creation, invoice management, finance tracking
- • Location/Asset research
- • Sourcing and procuring of props
- • Supplier briefing and cross quoting
- • Creation and maintenance of suppliers/crew list and usage trackers
- • Catering arrangement and management
- • Deck building
- • Printing materials for production when required
- • Travel booking, arrangements and general logistics tasks
- • Organising couriers and delivering packages
- • File management, asset organization and downloading
- • Assist and create PPM decks and shoot paperwork
- • Attend shoots as production support to the team
- • Assist with post-production tasks, such as logging footage, organizing files and quality checking files
- • Manage translation creation
Required Skills / Knowledge
We are looking for someone with at least 1+ years’ experience in a production role, who has worked in an agency and has worked on content productions.
They should have:
- • Excellent organisational and time management skills
- • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with others
- • Be a proactive problem solver
- • A solid understanding of the entire content production process
- • A good understanding of film making and other moving image techniques
- • A good understanding of all production documentation
- • Efficient in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
