An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Assistant to join a growing production team within an agency in heart of the West End! The Agency Exposure is an independent creative agency powered by a diverse network of creators, makers and media. The Role As a production assistant you will support the day-to-day delivery of projects and campaigns, from concept through to all stages of delivery. Projects you work across will range from small scale quick turn-around social campaigns to large international localised campaigns across the full channel mix: social, VOD, DOOH, TV and many in between. Reporting into: Senior Producer. Key Areas of Responsibility Providing office and on-site support to the Content Production team. The duties of this role will change as projects do, but specific examples of work include: • Purchase order creation, invoice management, finance tracking • Location/Asset research • Sourcing and procuring of props • Supplier briefing and cross quoting • Creation and maintenance of suppliers/crew list and usage trackers • Catering arrangement and management • Deck building • Printing materials for production when required • Travel booking, arrangements and general logistics tasks • Organising couriers and delivering packages • File management, asset organization and downloading • Assist and create PPM decks and shoot paperwork • Attend shoots as production support to the team • Assist with post-production tasks, such as logging footage, organizing files and quality checking files • Manage translation creation Required Skills / Knowledge We are looking for someone with at least 1+ years’ experience in a production role, who has worked in an agency and has worked on content productions. They should have: • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with others • Be a proactive problem solver • A solid understanding of the entire content production process • A good understanding of film making and other moving image techniques • A good understanding of all production documentation • Efficient in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for production and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
