JOB OVERVIEW iMP is an award-winning product sampling and promo staffing experiential agency based in Leeds, covering the whole of the UK. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our brand and engaging with potential customers to increase awareness and drive interest in our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. DUTIES - Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote our products and services. - Distribute promotional materials and provide information about offerings to potential clients. - Attend events, fairs, and exhibitions to represent the brand effectively. - Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range to answer customer queries confidently. SKILLS - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. - Excellent verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing engagement with a broader customer base. - Ability to market products creatively and effectively, utilising various promotional techniques. - Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly with customers. - A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adapting strategies based on customer interactions.
