Key Responsibilities:

- • Contact potential suppliers and gather information about their products, services, and capabilities

- • Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
- • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- • Create and maintain supplier profiles and databases
- • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that suppliers are onboarded in a timely manner
- • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- • Assist in the development and implementation of supplier onboarding processes and procedures
- • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential new suppliers
- • Provide support to the procurement team as needed
Requirements:
- • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- • Knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes is a plus
