Description / Background
Fresh Coffee Co is a Coffee and Sandwich shop based in Canley a suburb of Coventry. It is located within 2 miles of War Memorial Park and the University of Warwick and close proximity to a student community
Our passion is to provide great tasting coffee, homemade cakes and made to order sandwiches on site. We are looking for an intern who is motivated, enthusiastic with great customer service skills. In return you will gain hands on experience of the day to day tasks of running a café. On the job training will be provided and continual guidance from the manager for the duration of the internship
Responsibilities
Carrying out the daily tasks of the café from opening tasks to end of the day tasks
Provide a friendly and timely customer service
Manage multiple customer orders
Stock Management
Daily recording of mandatory checks to ensure compliance
Ensure hygiene and tidiness of the food preparation area
Qualifications
Key Skills & Qualities
High level of organisation
Ability to work independently and effectively
Great customer service
Previous industry experience is desirable but not essential
Qualifications
Food Safety and Hygiene and Food Allergen courses will be required from successful candidate and this will be arranged
