Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the events industry and wants to gain hands-on experience in business development. The intern will work closely with our Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and help grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- • Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies
- • Identify and attend networking events to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients
- • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- • Assist in creating proposals and contracts for new business opportunities
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns
- • Maintain and update the company's CRM system with new leads and client information
- • Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- • Provide support in organizing and coordinating events, as needed
- • Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills
- • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- • Passion for the events industry and eagerness to learn
- • Previous experience in business development or event planning is a plus
