Please see more detail on our website: www.rcpfinance.com Qualifications: Main responsibilities: - Participate in the origination and execution of real estate loan deals in UK and EU - Actively look for new lending opportunities - Prepare presentation materials, financial model and other intelligence for use in client meetings - Co-ordinate with solicitors, lenders etc. to follow up and make sure all payments are received in a timely manner Qualifications / Experience required: - Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting an advantage - Some experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / Asset Management - Proficiency in both English and French Professional: - Good grasp of financial, accounting, capital markets and valuation concepts - Detail oriented and good with administration - Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Ability to gather, process and analyze data/information - Excellent communication skills - Good analytical and technical reasoning skills
