Qualifications:
Main responsibilities:
- • Participate in the origination and execution of real estate loan deals in UK and EU
- • Actively look for new lending opportunities
- • Prepare presentation materials, financial model and other intelligence for use in client meetings
- • Co-ordinate with solicitors, lenders etc. to follow up and make sure all payments are received in a timely manner
Qualifications / Experience required:
- • Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting an advantage
- • Some experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / Asset Management
- • Proficiency in both English and French
Professional:
- • Good grasp of financial, accounting, capital markets and valuation concepts
- • Detail oriented and good with administration
- • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- • Ability to gather, process and analyze data/information
- • Excellent communication skills
- • Good analytical and technical reasoning skills
