Job Description
East London Connect is a registered charity (1175537) helping young people of ethnic heritage achieve their full educational and career potential. As part of our work, we help a variety of organisations in different sectors develop effective diversity strategies.<BR/><BR/>East London Connect is pioneering a new two-way mentoring scheme with the Foreign Office to help increase cultural understanding and diversity for both leaders within the Foreign Office and underrepresented groups of ethnic heritage.<BR/>We will match senior members of the UK Foreign Office and ten specially selected university students of Afro-Caribbean heritage.<BR/><BR/>
Duration:
