We're currently growing and there is a need for expansion we need to increase our visibility to our target audience, we work in a goal/task orientated way please see the job description below; The role of the community manager is to act as the bridge between the brand. The community we're aiming to create is a loyal audience/ group of core consumers connected by a similar interest. You will need to be the brand’s ambassador, engaging with potential customers and building relationships with existing ones. You will also need to be focused on gauging sentiment around the brand, using social listening tools in order to monitor feedback and engagement. Duties & Responsibilities; - Organise Community events (webinars, talks, and other types of events that will bring new members) - Create and maintain a community that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the product - Drive engagement with the community through social media, forums, and other engagements - Increase brand awareness by compiling stories from the community and highlighting them to the rest of the company's social channels - Educate members of the community on relevant topics such as product updates, changes in service offerings, or best practices for using our products/services. - Respond to customer questions or complaints as appropriate; escalate issues to management teams as and when necessary - Monitor feedback from customers and provide feedback back to Management team to help prioritize development efforts - Drive customer satisfaction through proactive customer service efforts
