Bookado business clients gain access to our membership and also our concierge service. Bookado concierge saves you time, money and ensures that your workplace is one in which people want to work. Our concierge manages your companies social calendar and ensures you’re team socials are always at the very best venues in the UK, whilst also benefitting from our cashback service. Bookado is looking for a new customer success executive to help us find and onboard the very best activities and venues to our platform. Previous experience is not necessary, but the candidate must be motivated, passionate and personable. Ideally candidate would need to be able to easily commute to Putney, Southfields or Fulham in SW London for at least one day per week. Offer: ● Workspace provided in SW London. Preferred attendance half day/ full day per week. ● Bookado Lifetime Membership ● 2 days per week (16 hours), work can be split into half days. ● £110 per day plus bonuses Key Responsibilities: ● Build and maintain Bookado’s relationship with Venues ● Upload and maintain venue listings ● Quality check existing venues listings and offers. ● Organise special offers with venues and work with Marketing Manager to communicate offers. ● Facilitate client venue tours when necessary ● Maintain an internal database of contacts and offers.
