Company introduction: Moving Home Guide (‘MHG’) - www.movinghomeguide.com - has launched a consumer service and is targeting anyone in the UK who is moving home. The MHG concept is made up of two parts: (i) a Free Report on any UK property that is a useful checklist for what you need to do whenever you move home and (ii) a £25 Premium Report that provides detailed information specifically on any UK property. MHG is fully automated and no face-to-face or spoken communication is required. The successful candidate will have a significant level of responsibility and fulfil a hand-on role working together with the company’s founder. Your actions will be seen in terms of results of end-users. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to see how a start-up operates and thinks they have what it takes to drive customer business through digital marketing. Whilst this is an internship opportunity, there will be the possibility of future part time or full time work should you be able to demonstrate results. It will also be a good addition to any CV. Job Responsibilities: - Setting up paid media accounts i.e. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager etc. - Putting in place a suitable CRM system - Putting in place a tracking system for the website including affiliate referrals etc. - Weekly performance update including clear tracking on ongoing work, completed work, results and costs - Creative capabilities are a plus for creating social media content (currently we have facebook, instagram, linkedin and twitter pages (happy to take suggestion on these) - Management and oversight of paid social media campaigns (the actual marketing costs will be paid for by the company) Job Requirements: - You will be expected to research every strategy you wish to implement and explain why, costs associated with it and the intended impact as well as how it will be measured - Keep your work entirely confidential - Clearly communicate with your manager - This is a remote role, with a great deal of flexibility, but agreed goals are expected to be met if agreed upon with your manager - Virtual meetings will be held on a weekly basis Compensation: - Your goals will be agreed upon at the beginning of the project, but you will receive £100 a week to cover your costs and expenses - A bonus of up to £500 paid only on completion of a successful 10-week internship - Your work schedule will be highly flexible and agreed upon so as to support any additional commitments that you may have Applications process: Applicants should explain why they are suitable for the role clearly addressing how they can deliver on each of the job requirements listed above.
