About Us: London Collection Apartments is a provider of serviced short-term accommodation in the heart of London. We are committed to exceptional guest experience and high-quality properties. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to contribute to our continued success. Internship Overview: During this exciting internship, you will: • Collaborate with our operations manager to oversee the daily management of our properties. • Work alongside our maintenance team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards. • Participate in the continuous improvement of guest experiences by identifying areas for enhancement, coming up with ideas and executing them. • Gain valuable insights into property management, hospitality, and customer service. Qualifications: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who meet the following criteria: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn. • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 6 – 12 months. Compensation: This is a full-time internship position, with a monthly compensation of £400 and travel expenses between our properties paid-for.
