Position: Technical & Systems Support Intern Location: London, UK Salary: Unpaid Internship Contract: Part Time 1-3 Months Company Overview: The Social Impact Partnership Group is a company that provides housing to the government to house homeless and vulnerable people. Job Overview: This is an unpaid internship for an on-site Technical & Systems Support Intern role located in London. The Technical Support Intern will be responsible for providing technical assistance alongside the rest of the team to troubleshoot problems, setup management systems and databases, and streamline back office systems. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in setting up management systems and databases. • Help with the optimization of CRM system. • Work with the Admin and Compliance team to streamline back-office systems. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Benefits: While this is an unpaid internship, you will gain valuable professional experience, access to networking opportunities, and mentoring from industry professionals.
