Company Overview: Event Perfekt Global Ltd is a multi‑platform organisation operating across: - international trade - cross‑border payments - business events - global partnerships - digital ecosystem development Under our umbrella we manage platforms such as Twin Trade Global and TwinPaay, supporting businesses, chambers, NGOs and partners across multiple markets. We are now entering a major build phase and seeking a highly ambitious technical intern who wants to grow into a future CTO role. Role Overview - This is a high‑responsibility, founder‑track role for someone who wants to: - design technical workflows - manage integrations - coordinate with developers - work with platforms like Replit - understand APIs - shape the architecture of a real fintech/trade ecosystem - grow into a CTO position as the company scales You will work directly with the founder and external developers to help drive the technical direction of our platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Product Design - Translate business vision into technical requirements - Map out user journeys, workflows and system architecture - Create technical documentation and diagrams - Support feature planning and prioritisation 2. Developer Coordination - Communicate with external developers (including Replit teams) - Track progress, timelines and deliverables - Test features and report bugs - Maintain a development log and issue tracker 3. API & Integration Research - Research APIs for payments, KYC, FX, trade and logistics - Document integration requirements - Assist with sandbox testing - Evaluate technical feasibility of partner integrations 4. Technical Operations - Support platform testing and QA - Assist with security, compliance and data flow mapping - Help prepare technical documentation for partners - Support the founder with technical decision‑making Requirements: - Studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field - Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and system design - Comfortable reading technical documentation - Good problem‑solving and analytical skills - Interest in fintech, payments, trade or platform development - Ambitious, entrepreneurial and eager to grow into a CTO‑level role - Able to work independently and take ownership What You Will Gain: - Real experience managing a live product build - Exposure to fintech, payments and trade infrastructure - Hands‑on experience with APIs and integrations - Direct mentorship from the founder - A portfolio of technical work - A clear career path to CTO as the company grows - Opportunity to shape the technical direction of multiple platforms Hours: Flexible — 10 to 15 hours per week / Remote role Compensation: Unpaid internship (experience‑based), with potential for paid progression and long‑term leadership opportunities.
