We are proud to be located in a dynamic co-working space filled with fellow creatives, fostering an environment of collaboration and inspiration. **Position Overview:** We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Community Management Intern to join our team. This is an unpaid internship, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in community management and event organization. The intern will be required to come to the office once per week and will benefit from free membership to all our webinars and panels, providing an excellent opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow their professional network. **Responsibilities:** - Organise and manage community events, including webinars and panels with industry leaders. - Coordinate with speakers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution. - Promote events through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and our website. - Engage with the community members, addressing their inquiries and gathering feedback to improve future events. - Assist in creating and maintaining an event calendar and ensuring all community members are informed. - Support the team in brainstorming and implementing new community engagement initiatives. - Track and analyse event performance and community engagement metrics. **Requirements:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. - Strong organisational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with social media platforms and event promotion strategies. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Passionate about community building and eager to learn. **Benefits:** - Hands-on experience in community management and event organisation. - Free membership to attend all webinars and panels hosted by Dezignovate. - Opportunity to work in a creative co-working space and network with other designers and industry professionals. - Mentorship and guidance from experienced community managers and industry leaders. - Potential for future opportunities within Dezignovate based on performance. **How to Apply:** If you are enthusiastic about community management and eager to gain valuable experience, we would love to hear from you!
