With a strong track record of successful investments, we are expanding our team and looking for two Deal Originators to join us in our mission to identify and execute profitable investment opportunities. Job Description As a Deal Originator at Marvin, you will work alongside our experienced team to identify and source potential private equity deals in the U.K market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, advisors, and other industry professionals, to source potential investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities * Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the U.K market. * Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, advisors, and other industry professionals. * Identify and approach potential targets for investment, and negotiate deal terms. * Work closely with the investment team to evaluate and structure potential deals. * Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis and risk assessment. * Prepare investment proposals and present them to the investment committee. * Monitor and track the progress of ongoing investments and provide regular updates to the team. * Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify potential investment opportunities. * Requirements * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to travel if needed.
