Position: Marketing & Customer Acquisition Intern Location: Remote Duration: At least 20 hours per week About White Cross Clinic: White Cross Clinic, a newly CQC-registered diagnostic and screening service, is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Customer Acquisition Intern to support our ambitious launch and growth strategy. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare marketing and customer acquisition within a fast-paced start-up environment. Job Overview: As a Marketing & Customer Acquisition Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and engage potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and customer acquisition and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms (3 posts daily) Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and digital graphics using Canva and similar tools Conduct market research to identify and contact potential customers (10+ prospects daily) Support Google Ads campaigns and social media advertising initiatives Develop email marketing campaigns and patient testimonial content Coordinate participation in local community events and health fairs Manage customer inquiries through various digital channels Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare weekly reports Requirements: Currently studying Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Demonstrated experience with social media platforms and content creation Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite advantageous) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of digital marketing principles Self-motivated with ability to work independently Interest in healthcare sector and patient-centred services What You'll Gain: Real-world experience in healthcare marketing Portfolio development with professional projects Mentorship from experienced healthcare entrepreneur Understanding of start-up operations and business development Commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential Potential for permanent role based on performance Application Process How to Apply: Send your CV, cover letter, and brief portfolio (where applicable).
