Description: A fantastic 3 month opportunity working closely with the ex-CEO of Tom Dixon and Daylesford Organics, on his new non-profit organisation supporting SMEs through the pandemic. The role is three mornings a week and on a volunteer basis, although we hope it may have the potential to turn into a full time position. All Together CIC was founded in response to the catastrophic impact of COVID-19 on SMEs. We’re looking for someone who shares our belief that the pandemic offers a new opportunity for CEOs to work together to survive, and then thrive, despite difficult circumstances, and wants to be part of a network that facilities this. You will be given the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of the business, and the right person will be keen to learn. You must be interested in SMEs and supporting their growth, especially during this difficult economic period, and be keen to help us build our online presence and expand our offering of CEO to CEO support. You’ll be self-motivated and able to dive straight into the small team, aiding with daily administrative/operational tasks and a variety of marketing initiatives, including content and lead generation. You must have excellent written English and organisational skills, and be very comfortable using Linkedin and Twitter. As you will work closely with our Volunteer Advisors and SME clients alike, you must be able to communicate effectively via email, and be proactive and forward thinking to anticipate their needs and challenges. Responsibilities and Duties -Management of social media platforms (Linkedin & Twitter), including development and execution of a 3 month content plan. -General administrative support including email communications, diary management, invoicing, spreadsheet management and website maintenance. -Online event planning and organisational support, both within our own CEO Collective and with our partners and affiliates. -CEO client and Advisor communications and support, including collecting feedback and testimonials, onboarding new Advisors and answering CEO client queries. -Maintenance and growth of our private CEO Collective on Linkedin, including regulating group participation, tracking memberships and collecting feedback.
