- Recharge over the week by making the most of your weekends.
- Practise advocating for yourself by making your needs known.
- To get over difficult times, talk to yourself positively.
- Allow your mind to wander on the way to work.
- Keep some methods of self-care on hand.
- In whatever way you can, bring happiness to your co-workers.
- Put some personal touches on your desk by displaying photos and coffee mugs.
