Job Description

We are offering a business support role for our growing e-commerce brand.

VOLUNTARY-UNPAID internship with agreed cover for expenses only.

Tasks involve:

• Complex online product research,
• Product enquiries via email
• Record-keeping of product data via excel or other formats
• Some customer service via email
• Project planning skills
• Updates to websites

Most suitable for an individual with knowledge of UK regions/traditions/history or a strong capability to learn quickly.

Must also have a good working knowledge of excel or project management software, excellent in-depth online research skills and confident communicating with businesses via email
