This General Manager role presents an incredible opportunity for someone, to grow and develop with an exciting new wellness space in Kensington. Working alongside the Founder, you will help continue to launch the business and drive the vision of HEALING LABS becoming the destination for those seeking the very best in natural health and healing. The General Manager will ultimately oversee all aspects of the daily operations of Healing Labs and is responsible for coaching and managing staff to deliver and maintain the very best customer service, whilst ensuring that we are not only aligned with, but leading industry trends. The General Manager will also support the Founder in implementing key elements such as promotions, memberships and guest loyalty programmes, whilst maximising revenue through efficient scheduling of staff, classes, and event/pop up hire.
