How to Turn your Internship into Full-Time Job
Most of the graduates dream of and work towards getting a full time internship, and subsequently a job, by the end of their studies. With an internship already going on, you come a step closer to achieving your graduation objective. But landing an internship is just the start. What and how to make the most of your internship is in your hands. That will decide if you're good to go for a full time job or in again for a job quest. Here are some recommendations for a full-time employment with the help of your existing internship:

1.    Mark your impression:
Most internship programs usually take about a month and a half to make your way in the team and impress your colleagues and managers alike. Strive to grasp what your team's success looks like. How can you play a role in the organisation to fulfil the goals, or upskilling yourself technically. Take these duties into account and make sure that you carry out them. Interact with people as much you can to learn about the up and coming in the company.

2.    Connect with People:
Don't just interact with your team and preferred people. Communicating with other people beyond your daily work boosts your confidence and job satisfaction. Not to mention, it's a terrific method to broaden your abilities and credentials by learning from team-mates holding a variety of skill sets.
So even if you aren’t able to secure a full time job in your department, your skills might be of use in another department, and they could retain you for the same. Think of the work prospects beyond the horizon to succeed in your goals.

3.    Talk to Your Manager:
Be sure that your boss is well aware of your plans to continue with the firm after the internship gets over. If you think the company is a long-term place with which you would like to stay, let your supervisor know about your interests at least a month before so they can prepare you and guide you for the winning a full time job. If you want a full time employment, make your intention apparent. Speak to gain. Be sure to talk to your boss and learn what they anticipate from you in this position. If you want to show how valuable you are to the team, you need to wow them with the work you turn in. Also, make sure to keep the lines of communication open by checking in frequently and sharing updates on your projects and successes.

4.   Exhibit a Hard-Working Attitude.
Your internship record should demonstrate to your superiors and coworkers that you're going to be an asset to the team in a full-time capacity. Employers value interns who go above and beyond, so demonstrate that they can count on you to go above and beyond the call of duty. Other examples of a hardworking attitude are as follows:
  • Don't be late for anything.
  • Maintain a high standard of performance so that your superiors can depend on you
  • Get your work area and chores in order so you can concentrate on what needs to be done and complete it in a timely manner.
5.   Exhibit Your Zeal
Some of your initial responsibilities as an intern may be rather simple or routine. Take on these tasks with gusto, making sure to do them on schedule and to your boss's satisfaction. As they realise that you are capable of handling these responsibilities, they will feel more confident giving you more challenging work. You can improve your skills and show that you can handle the more difficult components of the job the same way a full-time worker would by completing these assignments.

Each intern has a cause for engaging in an internship, whether it's about experience, skills acquisition or testing what an industry is like.
Scoring a full-time job is surely not a straightforward path, but applying the methods above can help you reach your postgraduate objectives pretty easily!
