We usually employ social skills, also known as interpersonal skills to connect and communicate with other people, then why not at our workplace too? Most common social skill attributes include verbal competencies (the way you talk to others) and non-verbal competences (your body language, gestures, and eye contact). If you feel and realize how others are feeling at a particular moment, you can connect better with them. One of the most important social skills required by the employers is showing respect while you interact. When you demonstrate respect for others at work, others show you respect. By being nice and utilising your ways, your impression impacts correctly. Stay attentive when in a meeting and talk only when the speaker finishes.Make sure your enthusiasm in the interview, the company, and the position comes across clearly in both your spoken and written communications. Maintain eye contact, and speak slowly and clearly.
