•    From the Mid Panel, select Skills and Hobbies Tab
•    Add your Soft Skills
•    You are done

2.   Using Additional Information: While you sign up/sign in to the platform:

•    Click on Dashboard
•    Click on Edit Profile
•    Click on Other Tab
•    Add your details in the Additional Information Section
•    Elaborate with impactful description of your skills

Someone who values hard work and dedication will be able to work hard and do it in an honest way at work. A good work ethic means being reliable, getting things done, working well with others, and putting in a lot of effort.
People with this trait don't put things off, quit in the middle of a project, or complain about every small problem they face. People will assume you have a good work ethic if you pay close attention to details and learn new things quickly.
