Negotiating about your Internship Stipend

You can learn a lot about your sector and how salaries are set by completing an internship. It might be nerve-wracking to start negotiations for the first time. When should you avoid negotiating?

It's been said by several job gurus that there are some situations when you shouldn't even try to negotiate a pay. Not because you are an intern but why should you be paid for what you are not worth?
To be fair, if your counter-offer can demonstrate some of your prior successes or accomplishments for the company, as well as your treasured talents that human resources ignored in their original evaluation, they might consider.Alternatively, if you can't explain your pay request, you run the danger of losing the job if the offer is withdrawn. Also, it's a waste of time to negotiate compensation when there's a huge difference between what the firm offers and what you desire.
