Why Do Interns Need Career Management Skills?
The world of work is hard to understand. People can't count on a lifetime job, even if they know their first choice of job well. In fact, they can't even be sure that the field they chose to work in at the start of their careers will still be there when they retire.
To be able to work in this ever-changing environment, people need to develop the skills, habits, and traits that will make them successful and sure of themselves as professionals. People use the term "CMS" to describe the skills, traits, attitudes, and knowledge that people need to manage their careers.

Why do you need skills to manage your career?
1. There is a lot of competition for jobs around the world. It is important for the companies to be able to find and keep graduates who are dedicated, happy, and productive.
Employers want new graduates who are "all-rounders" and hold relevant technical, communication, and teamwork skills.

2. Students need to understand that careers are supposed to be built rather than simply chosen. They need to focus on career management skills because if they fail to do so, their growth might become stagnant.
