Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Take a moment to collect your ideas before answering. In your reply, you don't want to go on and on and speak an essay. As much as feasible, keep it concise and well-organized. Value their time by being succinct and getting straight to the topic.
- It's not an encouragement to let your guard down or unprofessionally manner. Keep your language, manner, and tales professional at all times when at work.
- Avoid oversharing. It's OK to talk about your interests and passions, but keep in mind that the interviewer is mainly concerned about the employee productivity, not your interests and ambitions.
