In recent years, more and more businesses have come to recognise the value of hiring persons with disabilities. Many individuals recognise the value of having a workforce that is both diverse and welcoming of people with disabilities. As well as catering to the general public, some businesses focus specifically on meeting the needs of the disabled community. In addition, many businesses give special attention to people with disabilities as part of their community outreach efforts. How Not to let Disability Collapse your Internship Prospects
Don't let your disability stop you from securing your dream internship. With the right approach, students with disabilities can find and succeed in internships.Though it’s better said than done, it’s not that tough if the following tips can be taken care of. A lot of candidates with disability conquer their respective jobs because they do not focus on their flaws but on their success and hard work.

1.    Deciding Whether to Disclose Your Disability
